Ms. Satchi BM; Bsc (Hons); FRCS (Urol) joined DGT in January 2020 and is a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Darent Valley Hospital and Queen Marys Hospital, Sidcup. She has completed a fellowship in andrology and male factor fertility at the internationally renowned Institute of Andrology, University College London Hospital.

She is the andrology lead for the Kent and Medway region and is passionate about developing and improving equitable access to specialist fertility services within the region. She runs a dedicated male factor fertility clinic and is a clinic ambassador for the Fertility Network UK and works within the andrology special interest group of the British Fertility Society to improve fertility care. She specialises in andrology which includes men’s health and hypogonadism (low testosterone), peyronies disease, ejaculatory dysfunction, genitoscrotal reconstruction and offers medical and surgical treatment for erectile dysfunction.

She also has expertise in general urology and paediatric urology offering appropriate medical and surgical management in her respective clinics.

She is the current Urology department Audit and GIRFT lead, leading transformation and improvement of patient care and services locally and within the region.

She has published in peer-review journals in the field of urology and has delivered national and international presentations and plenary talks at urology conferences.
