A&E Majors B Refurbishment
The Majors B area at Darent Valley Hospital's A&E department is being revitalised, which means a few areas will be temporarily relocated. These works are scheduled to commence on Monday 22nd May, for two weeks. This will improve patient flow, revamp staff working areas and enhance patient experience. Thank you for your understanding.

Our A&E is very busy. Please only attend in an emergency. Non-emergent cases can face significant waiting times to be seen and treated.

Adult & Child Blood Tests
Our Phlebotomy (Blood Tests) Service is extremely busy. Please bear with us, our team is working extremely hard to see as many patients as possible and answer the phones. If you wish to book an adult blood test, please use the online booking form. We reply to every form within 24 hours (weekdays).
