We are pleased to announce that we are moving towards our next step of visiting and changing the way patients and visitors access our hospitals. It is optional to wear a face mask when entering our hospitals but you are still required to wear one when in a clinical area.
Our Phlebotomy (Blood Tests) Service is extremely busy. Please bear with us, our team is working extremely hard to see as many patients as possible and answer the phones. If you wish to book an adult blood test, please use the online booking form. We reply to every form within 24 hours (weekdays).
Unfortunately our PALS and Complaints teams are experiencing delays in answering and responding to your phone calls and emails at this time. We have provided additional sign-posting that we hope you will find helpful.
To ensure patients have the fastest access to the treatment they need, anyone with a non-life threatening condition who would usually go to A&E should now call 111 first, day or night, to be directed to the right NHS service. The new Urgent Treatment Centre at Gravesham Community Hospital is also open.
