Prior to joining the Trust Alexandra was the Executive Director of Human Resources at Buckinghamshire New University [BNU] driving culture changes, employee engagement leadership and management development, workforce planning as well as equality diversity and inclusion. She was also involved with the setup of the Skills Academy in Buckinghamshire, to meet the demand for new nurses and future health roles within the NHS.
Previously to working at BNU, Alexandra worked at Transport for London for 10 years and her last role was, leading the people transformation programme as part of the ticket office closure programme within London Underground, which resulted in improvements in employee engagement and the customer experience. Alexandra is passionate about leadership, employee engagement, customer experience and stakeholder engagement.
