As part of their ongoing commitment to improve the health of the local community, Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust (DGT) and Healthy Living Centre Dartford are hosting a health event for the ‘over 50s’.
Residents from Dartford and surrounding areas are welcome to attend the free event, which is being held between 9.30am – 12.00pm at the Healthy Living Centre Dartford, located at Temple Hill Community Centre.
As people get older, their health may change, so it is useful to know what support and care is available through the NHS. Attendees will see a variety of information and advice distributed by healthcare professionals from Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust and other community organisations.
