- Online form submissions: Form submissions are currently stored within the website CMS database and are also sent by email to the relevant mailbox. An automated process to delete form submissions after 12 months is currently being implemented and should be in place by the end of May. Form submissions older than 12 months will be deleted retrospectively.
- Website logs: Technical logs are managed automatically by the website hosting provider and retained for a short period for security and operational purposes.
- Analytics data: Analytics data is retained in line with our Google Analytics 4 settings (currently up to 2 months for event data and up to 14 months for user data).
- Cookies: Cookie retention periods are set within the cookies themselves (see below).
We keep information only for as long as necessary.
