  • Go to any Accident & Emergency (A&E) department or call Tambootie Ward on 01322 428280
  • Call 999 and ask for an ambulance to take you to A&E or Tambootie Ward
  • Ask someone else to call 999 for you or take you to A&E or Tambootie Ward

If you’re in crisis but can keep yourself safe
