A range of social distancing restrictions are now in operation at Darent Valley Hospital (DVH). To stop the spread of Coronavirus, for your protection and the safety of others, please follow the social distancing signs in the hospital. They are there to keep everybody as safe as possible at all times.
If you need to come to the A&E (ED) Department please come alone if possible. Seating and space safety restrictions mean that the majority of seats are out of use to maintain the 2 metre distance at all times.
The Social Distancing precautions currently include:
- A one way system in hospital corridors and stairwells
- Passenger limits in the lifts
- Customer distance restrictions in shops
- Seating restrictions in all areas
- Perspex safety screens
Your co-operation in keeping each other safer is greatly appreciated.
