Andrea Vigille our new Associate Director of inclusion and Culture

Andrea Vigille has joined DGT as Associate Director of Inclusion and Culture. Andrea is an experienced Organisational Development practitioner, facilitator and coach. She has a varied background having worked with a number of different organisations as an independent consultant and also did a stint as a Business Studies teacher in a secondary school (which she describes as the hardest job she has ever done!).

Andrea is passionate about EDI and in facilitating behavioural change such that people can bring their whole selves to work.
