Dr David Tyl obtained his MUDr qualification from the First Medical Faculty of Charles University in Prague in 1994. He is trained in Neurology and qualified as a Neurologist in 2000. Afterwards, he trained in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine. In 2007 he passed his examination and qualified in Intensive Care Medicine with the special interest in Neuro-intensive care.
He finished his certificate of completion of training (CCT) in Anaesthesia in 2009. He is a Member of the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine (ESICM), holds the European Diploma in Intensive Care Medicine (EDIC) since 2016 and is an Associate Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists.
