We welcomed healthcare professionals from across the South East for the South East Imaging Academy (SEIA) Radiology Nursing Study Day on Saturday 18 July 2026.
The event brought together radiology and interventional radiology nurses, radiographers and colleagues from across the NHS to share knowledge, build connections and support professional development.
Focused on Radiology Specialist Roles, the programme featured expert-led sessions covering a range of topics including obstetric haemorrhage management, breast intervention, diabetic foot care, contrast safety, conscious sedation and simulation-based learning.
The successful event showcased the vital role of radiology nursing in delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care, while celebrating the expertise and collaboration taking place across the region.
