Working as a multidisciplinary team to provide advanced cardiac care, including:

Our specialist cardiology consultants are part of a Health Group Model Vanguard Programme with Guy’s and St Thomas’s NHS Foundation Trust to take consultant-led expertise directly into primary care for cardiology services. This means our patients are assessed in collaboration with their GP through ‘virtual clinics’ and team consultations to decide on the best onward treatment for them and patients benefit from clinical specialist expertise at their local GP surgery, providing care closer to home.

For patients requiring more complex cardiac procedures or surgery, these are performed at Guy’s and St Thomas’s NHS Foundation Trust or at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in London.
