As part of the Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention (QIPP) Programme we are very interested in what you have to suggest because on 12 July 2010, the White Paper ‘Equity and excellence: Liberating the NHS’ set out the government’s vision for the future of the NHS. The White Paper outlines the government’s commitment to ensuring that QIPP supports the NHS to make efficiency savings, which can be reinvested back into the service to continually improve quality of care.
“All those who work on the frontline should be thinking carefully, and imaginatively, about how we can do things differently. The QIPP process is a home for this in the NHS and the way that we can implement the best and brightest ideas across the service. As the Prime Minister said: ‘Don’t hold back – be innovative, be radical, challenge the way things are done.”
Andrew Lansley, Secretary of State for Health – 2 July 2010
Have an idea on how to improve something at any of our sites? Then we want to hear it.
Your suggestions could improve something (a process, pathway, quality etc), it could also make things more efficient or save money. No idea can be too big or small or too imaginative! Please complete for the form below or alternatively download a copy of the form and bring it to your next appointment.
