You can feedback to us directly or ask us a question by using the form below. We value your feedback as it helps us to continue to improve the care we provide to our patients both in our hospitals and in the community. 

There are also two national websites for providing feedback; NHS.UK and Care Opinion. You can tell us what was good and what could be improved, say thank you or call for change. Your feedback on these national websites is routinely evaluated by the relevant staff / teams within the Trust. This helps us to ensure we continue to be the "Hospital of Choice" for local people.
